Strength:
Back Squat: 5x3 @ 80% (from Monday)
Turkish Get-up: 3-2-2-1-1 (working to medium-heavy weight, rest 60 seconds between sets)
Finisher:
Stretch / Foam Roll / Ice Bath (if you dare)

Squats are just horrendous !! I have always tried to work myself out into shape but its just so hard. But i guess everything worthy to achieve requires hardwork.
ReplyDeleteWell this would be of great help to the students seeking admissions for Bachelors. There are multiple fields to choose from which is again great only if you could highlight the cost.
