Olympic lifting technique

Power Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS x 5 sets @ 65%
Clean Pull 4x3 @ 90% of clean
Push-up @ 41X1; 4-6 reps; 5 sets; rest 90 seconds

3x15 KB/DB sidebends superset with 3x8 Good Mornings

Do not rush through Oly sets, take time to feel each movement individually and focus on technique; tempo for push-ups should be understood now; finish with sidebends + good mornings

  1. I feel like it is a word puzzle. Or one of those things that if we stare at it long enough a picture will appear- maybe the perfect snatch position.
