Skill:
Double-unders: 8 minutes

Strength:
Power Snatch: heavy single, then 4x1 @ 85%
Power Clean + 2 Front Squat: 6 sets, working up medium heavy weight

Finisher:
3x15 GHD Sit-up / Back Extension (add weight if necessary)

Weight for GHD work must be held BEHIND head.
